Quarterly financial summaries, fully reconciled year-end accounts pack prepared for your accountant, and reserve fund statements - delivered every period without chasing.

Reserve fund management
Fund accounting, long-term planning support, and full reconciliation. Your reserves tracked and reported accurately.

Records and administration
Leaseholder register, correspondence archive, company filings, and document management. A complete administrative record.

Insurance administration
Buildings insurance procurement, renewal coordination, and certificate management. We handle the admin; you retain the relationship.

Compliance tracking
Statutory deadlines, renewal dates, and reporting obligations monitored and flagged. We track and alert - execution remains with you.

Major works administration and project management Section 20 consultation notices, contractor tender documentation, leaseholder communication, and works account management. For blocks that want full project oversight, our in-house surveyors can inspect, specify, and manage the entire tender and delivery process - from initial scope through to completion and final account. (Quoted per project).

Sales pack completion (LPE1 / FME1)
Full completion of leasehold property enquiry forms on behalf of selling leaseholders. We compile the full pack - service charge history, insurance details, reserve fund position, compliance records - accurately and promptly. Charged directly to the selling leaseholder, not the service charge. (Charged to selling leaseholder).
